She is currently the EVP, Global Talent Leader and Chief People Officer of Porter Novelli. A member of the global executive team, she has responsibility for organizational development, change management and talent growth/transformation across Porter Novelli’s global footprint. She manages the talent group in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization that thrives in a purpose-driven environment that promotes innovation, and deeply committed to diversity, inclusion and equity.

Prior to Porter Novelli, she worked as a Partner at PwC, North America Consulting Practice Leader for ManpowerGroup, MD and North America Workforce Experience Leader for Accenture. As a manager responsible for sales, operations, service delivery, revenue growth and pipeline, she’s led large, multi-functional, global initiatives. Her deep expertise in leading comprehensive change initiatives has allowed her to engage and motivate teams during transformation, while driving performance and maintaining loyalty. She’s a collaborative leader who unleashes high-performing executives and teams, enabling them to meet personal, professional and organizational goals.

In addition to her current role at Porter Novelli, she serves as the Board Chair for Rebuilding Together NYC, a non-profit creating safe and healthy homes for those who can’t afford them; member of the Forbes HR Council; advisor to both
Workfolio, a professional visibility and knowledge management applications firm, and Shenzyn, a tech platform to build women’s careers. A Fordham undergrad, she has a GTML™ designation from Wharton and TMI, as well as a global EMBA from TRIUM, a NYU, LSE and HEC alliance.
