When you have a computer problem, who do you call? The Help Desk! But who do you call when you face an issue with your business? This month, you can call IPA's “Indie Help Desk.” Yes, our December 12/60 Teleseminar is dedicated to helping you with those headaches that may be plaguing your business and keeping you up at night: problem clients, billing and collection issues, work/life balance, health care and retirement planning, you name it! The collective brain trust assembled on our call will be there to offer their best practices and answers for your questions. If we don’t have the solution, odds are someone will be able to recommend a source who does. IPA chair-elect J.W. Arnold, a veteran solo practitioner with 16 years of experience, will moderate this unique opportunity to share your best tricks of the trade with other IPA colleagues.
