In this session, you'll hear insights on how companies can empower employees to leverage social channels to share their personal story throughout their employment life cycle within an organization, and discover why it's so important to get that firsthand account of what it’s like to work within the company. You'll also:

  • Determine the difference in landscape between traditional digital/social media and employee engagement social media.
  • Gain awareness of social media channels that companies should embrace.
  • Understand the employee lifecycle and how a company’s relationship with employees evolves over time.
