What we’ll cover:

  • Advantages for the consultants
  • Who takes the lead?
  • Fielding a good team – finding and using qualified subcontractors
  • Structuring non-compete agreements
  • Handling fees, billing and admin
  • Case study: J&J Consulting and Pushkin PR Strategic Partnership for CentraSight

Jennifer & Jon have been partnering together on CentraSight for the past four years. Jon is in Denver and Jennifer is in Orange County. The client is in Northern California. Part of their strategy is to also hire “PR folks on the ground” in different media markets through the PRConsultantsGroup.com. Many of the members of this group are also IPA members.  If you’re looking to partner, this 12/60 program should be invaluable to you!
