Seen and Heard: The Importance of CEO Engagement and Visibility

A CEO is more than just the face of a company. In fact, he or she is responsible for nearly half of an organization’s reputation.

Weber Shandwick and KRC Research conducted an online survey of 1,700 senior executives worldwide titled “The CEO Reputation Premium: Gaining Advantage in the Engagement Era.” According to the results, a leader’s character accounts for 45 percent of the entire company’s corporate status.
