How will the leaders of your organization react in a crisis?

The answer may lie in the “fight or flight” phenomenon first identified by American psychologist Walter Cannon in the 1920s. Fight or flight describes how humans and animals react to threats to survival. Could this instinct for self-preservation be the reason why some leaders make unethical decisions?
