New Professionals Week, Nov. 12–16, 2012

New Professionals Week was designed by the PRSA National New Professionals Section to celebrate current young professional members, attract new members to local Chapters and share resources and ideas with new pros across the country. Ideally, each participating Chapter will hold an event during New Professionals Week that is focused on new professionals.

PRSA Chicago Young Professionals Network: November Social
The PRSA Chicago Young Professionals Network invites you to mix and mingle with other young professionals in the industry and potential career and industry mentors Monday, November 12 at Rittergut Wine Bar and Social Club (10 S. Wacker Dr.) in Chicago. This event is open to members and non-members. Industry veterans will be in attendance as well. This is a 21+ event. There is no cost to attend, but you do buy your own drinks.

PRSA Columbus Chapter
Central Ohio PRSA New Pros will host a day dedicated to “everything you need to know your first 5 years in the field,” with guest presentations on: community involvement, financial planning, career development and PRSA involvement, along with a panel Q&A. Drinks and refreshments will be available, and we’ll be around to watch the Ohio State University Buckeyes take on the University of Wisconsin Badgers at Wisconsin.
