The U.S. Supreme Court decision in the Windsor case created a continuing whirlwind of legal and financial changes for same-sex married couples. These changes created unique challenges for same-sex couples and their financial advisors. Featured speaker Bruce Hoffmeister, a senior financial planner at Wilmington Trust, will provide an overview of the recent legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments affecting same-sex marriages.
