Peter Hollister presents time-tested strategic planning and thinking techniques that will help you become more of a strategist, better prepared to offer solutions and more valuable counsel to your organization’s decision making. You will return to work with dozens of ideas and practical solutions, prepared to be more proactive and effective in your position.
