As part of our "Winning with Wellness" initiative, which aims to make wellness truly global at HP, the company launched its first-ever Global Wellness Challenge in April 2011. To drive participation, we developed an innovative internal marketing campaign designed to appeal to our diverse employee base and engage employees at all levels of health and fitness. The result: More than 50,000 employees in nearly 90 counties actively engaged to focus on their wellness, network with their peers and have fun.

Internal Communications campaigns include programs targeted specifically to special publics directly allied with an organization, such as employees, members, affiliated dealers and franchisees. "Business" includes all profit-making entities.
