Exceptations of Excellence: Setting the Tone for Your Employees' Success
A Counselors Academy Webinar
Everyone knows hiring excellent people is key to building an exceptional team. But hiring excellent people is only the beginning. Excellent employees seek further success and achievement. It is your responsibility to set standards and discuss your expectations.
For more than 25 years, Eric Morgenstern has shared his “Expectations of Excellence” with every member of his team, empowering them to excel in their careers. He will share the four tiers: Knowledge, Perspective, Personal Qualities and Interpersonal Relations to help you form common ground with your employees on what it takes to be truly excellent at your firm.
