Categories: Communication Strategy, Measurement & ROI, Media Relations, Social Media, Techniques & Tactics

Organizations can connect with audiences like never before thanks to daily evolving digital technologies. While this creates an exciting environment for communications it also can be distracting, causing you to lose sight of strategy for each “shiny new” tactic.

In this full-day workshop you’ll learn how to map social PR goals to your business goals for valid program and campaign metrics, and how to streamline and leverage resources to optimize your day-to-day work, even on a shoestring budget. You’ll receive hands-on training in designing and managing fast-moving digital events through a behind-the-scenes look at a live Twitter chat, and find out how to integrate traditional and digital PR that supports organizational objectives, maximizing your resources for better bottom line results.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Map social PR goals to business goals for valid program and campaign metrics that tie to business goals.
  • Streamline and leverage their existing resources to up-level their strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital events that extend their organization’s online footprint for increased thought leadership.
  • Design and implement insightful and actionable measurement programs that prove the value of PR to the C-suite.
