Technology, for better or worse, has changed how we live, work, play, and learn. As the workforce becomes more multi-generational, how can multiple generations collaborate better in real-time - and with technology?  This webinar will explore three steps to lessen communication barriers that arise within today’s multi-generational workforce.

By the end of this course participants will be able to:
- Examine the needs of each generation as it relates to communication
- Consider the impact of innovations that can enable multiple generations to stay connected
- Explore opportunities for each generation to 'know' each other, 'surprise' each other, and 'make it easy' to communicate across generational boundaries.
