- Consider the impact of innovations that can enable multiple generations to stay connected
- Explore opportunities for each generation to 'know' each other, 'surprise' each other, and 'make it easy' to communicate across generational boundaries.
Shawn Nason, CEO & transformation executive coach, Nason Group
Shawn Nason, is the Chief Executive Officer & Innovation Evangelist for the Nason Group. Previously, Shawn was the Chief Transformation Officer for Healthways and lead the Healthways Innovation Living Lab. Additionally, he was Chief Innovation Officer for Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. During this time, he had the honor to lead, create, and develop a team at the Xavier Center for Innovation. Shawn also spent six years at The Walt Disney Company in various capacities within Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Cruise Line.
Shawn holds a BS in Business Management and Finance and an MBA in International Business and Finance. Shawn is currently working on his DBA in Organizational Leadership & Change and will publish his first book focused on human-centered innovation in 2017.
