When the going gets tough, how strategic are you? Does your boss view you as a trusted strategic adviser who can offer focused, pragmatic and useful advice to get through tough, career-threatening situations? Join senior communicators and communication managers in this two-day immersion session to expand your strategic skills. You will work through a series of communication management problems and resolution scenarios that are designed to challenge your ability to counsel senior managers and leaders during prolonged difficult situations and crises. You will learn how to:

  • Develop a truly strategic mindset.
  • Build your trusted adviser relationship with management.
  • Understand the management thinking process during a crisis.
  • Guide the CEO away from mistakes in a crisis.
  • Provide powerful, sensible and management-oriented advice.
  • Help management work with the victims, as well as manage the emotional dimensions of a crisis.
