Create a Powerful Personal Leadership Brand to Gain Instant Credibility

Have you ever noticed that some aspiring leaders just seem to have “IT,” while others struggle to be heard?

The fact is, aspiring leaders with strong personal leadership B.R.A.N.D. identities get promoted more quickly, have more influence and achieve greater overall success. The strength of an aspiring leader's B.R.A.N.D. identity is directly related to their capacity for being a bold, relevant, authentic, well-networked, and highly distinctive leader in the business marketplace.

Now is the perfect time to create a leadership brand and reputation that is aligned with what you want to be known for in your career. Taking control of your brand will help you better manage what people think, feel and say about you when you’re not in the room. The difference between a rewarding and meaningful career and a miserable job is the strength of your “IT” factor.

This session examines five steps that will help aspiring leaders develop their “IT” factor to gain more confidence, boldness and instant credibility in the organizations where they work.
