Mallory Blair is the 29-year-old CEO and cofounder of Small Girls PR, a company she started out of college that has since grown to a bi-coastal firm powered by 50 taller people. Clients range from popular startups (Rent the Runway, Hinge, TaskRabbit) to household names (GE, Olay, Malala) who turn to the company for brand communications, media relations, experiential design, and influencer marketing. The team is known for engineering viral campaigns and their tight-knit company culture, traveling on #SGPRetreats together and hosting annual spirit weeks. BuzzFeed has called SGPR "one of the most successful boutique PR firms." Mallory has graced lists such as Forbes 30 under 30, Marie Claire's Top Young Guns, Business Insider's Top 50 PRs, BuzzFeed's Top Role Models for 20-Somethings, PR Week's Innovation 50 and her mother's fridge.

Alexa Cassanos is Senior Director of Corporate Communications for GE where she works on external communications, storytelling and finding innovative strategies to tell the GE story. She is the publisher of GE Reports, the company’s editorial site, and leads their efforts to utilize digital tools to capture, build and engage audiences, including social, mobile and other emerging technologies. She joined GE in 2016 to lead communications for GE Vice Chair Beth Comstock. Alexa joined GE from Facebook, where she led global communications strategy for their work with news media companies. There, her focus ranged from major 2016 Election partnerships, newsroom and journalist integrations and launching products such as Facebook Live, Instant Articles, Notify, and Signal. She also developed and maintained key relationships with industry thought leaders, helping the News Partnership team collect feedback and foster goodwill among their partners.

Prior to joining Facebook, Alexa was the Executive Director of Communications for The New Yorker, where she managed the communications and social media teams for the magazine. During her eleven-year tenure at Conde Nast, she also worked in their Corporate Communications department, and for Vanity Fair and Bon Appetit magazines. Alexa started her career at Random House, where she worked as the Assistant Director of Publicity and created campaigns for a variety of authors including Ron Chernow, Michael Chabon, Michael Pollan, Annie Leibovitz, Senator John McCain and many others. Alexa is originally from Boston, but has lived in New York City since attending Columbia University with a BA in Art History.

Diego Ortiz Quintero is a Colombian-born nonprofit communications professional. He currently serves as the Communications Director for the American Heart Association in New York City. Diego graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in journalism from Rutgers University in New Jersey and holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management from Antioch University in Los Angeles. He entered the communications and public relations field as student journalist and advocate for the D.R.E.A.M. Act.

Christina Mastroianni is the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Bustle Digital Group, the premier digital destination for millennial women. Here, she oversees all internal and external corporate communication efforts for Bustle Digital Group and its brand extensions including Bustle, Elite Daily, Romper and The Zoe Report. Before joining Bustle Digital Group, Christina held positions at both PMK*BNC and Fairchild Fashion Media. Christina is a graduate of Kent State University and currently resides in New York City.
