Don Jones is an associate and “social technologist” at Booz Allen Hamilton. He supports the beneficiary outreach team of the Social Security Administration’s “Ticket to Work” program as online and social media lead, providing digital strategies to engage people who receive social security disability benefits and are exploring work options. He also has developed social media solutions for the Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Leading Edge 2.0 change management initiative. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Jones guided design, Web, information technology and knowledge management strategies at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute.
