Bendel is a globally recognized expert in travel marketing, crisis communications and media training, and author of “It’s a Crisis! Now what?”A principal in the seminal I Love New York campaign, she began her career as a travel writer for the State of New York. Recognized with a lifetime achievement award by HSMAI, Peggy is immediate past chair of PRSA’s Travel and Tourism Section, and a frequent speaker at conferences around the world on branding, crisis communications, marketing and public relations.
