Your Session ROI
Issuing directives and dumping data on employees will not inspire action or drive change. If you want to win hearts and change minds, stories are essential to bringing your strategies and priorities to life. Rob Biesenbach, communications consultant and author, “Act Like You Mean Business: Essential Communication Lessons From Stage and Screen ,” will unlock the secrets of storytelling to help you align employees with corporate strategy; motivate them to perform at higher levels; strengthen relationships with management; and help them deal with unsettling change. In this session, you’ll learn skills to find, shape and tell powerful stories you can put to work in employee town hall meetings, presentations, videos, intranets, newsletters and other employee communication programming.
